Does anyone know of a place that i could aquire a quadzilla engine/carb/pipe also will a lt250r carb work on the 500 engine? also, how much should i expect to pay for a lt500 engine in good running condition?

 

So you have decided to put a LT500 engine in a LT250 chasis? Sounds GREAT! I have seen several complete LT500 engines at my atv salvage yard here in michigan. ATV salvage places are few and far between. Try not to get an 87 engine because they were not as reliable as the 88-up. I own an 87 and have no problems however...so if its cheaper go for it. I dont know about the cost of an engine. Place some WANTED adds around. No your carborator is too small for a 500cc engine.
