Gonna get them powder coated for 50$ not a bad deal! He has a bunch of artic cat lime green in stock so if i did that it would be easy? is artic cat green the same as kawi green? or would the green a-arms look like... shiat? any other color ideas?

 

do the bushing need to come off?

 

my good friend powder coated his lower a-arms green and left the tops the same. it looks pretty cool if you ask me. if you would like to see it pm me and i'll try to help you out.

 

yeah, the bushings should come out, but at first after the coating they won't fit back in I bet. You'll have to scrape or sand some of the coating out.

Arctic cat green looks lighter than Kawi green to me. Maybe some chrome or black would be good.

I was thinking about a stock bushing design. The heims are totally different. Do you have to remove them? definitely. How do you remove them? Can't be that hard!!! lol.
