hey guys im new posting here but been readin posts here for ever. i jsut baught a 85 lt250r off my buddy from school for 620 bux cash. im only in 10th but grade but love speed and have had a million different bikes over the apst 2 years. this bikes motor was built by alocally known race engine builder for latemodel race cars.it was bored 20 voer had the prots opened up head shaved 50 thousandths down.it ran a high 8 seconds in the 8th of a mile and i know casue he shwoed me the time slips for it. but heres the pics of it.

 

It runs so thats a plus....looks like it could use some TLC........head shaved 50 thou... thats a ton taken off. I'd think you would have to run race gas at all times. the way talk about it ...it sounds like it rips pretty good. If you have any questions just post it and we'll help ya best we can. I think you gotta buy on it.
