Hey my zilla has the DG header and exaust. Probably wont change it for a while cause it works fine and that SOB has more than enough power to keep me busy for a long time. How is it in comparison to the FMF pipe. I know its nothing compared to the PT or the LRD pipe but compared to the newer FMF pipe what would you all say??? my expantion chamber seems to come to a larger diameter than my friends FMF. he just bought an 87 that is almost all stock and perfect but it has these crappy tires that have to be like 3 inches bigger than mine. I have a carb that needs to be replaced and a little boggin in first and second gear and mine bored over .020 with a DG and twinair filter with box lid off, he has same box/filter setup. we were haulin down this paved road today and I figured with the never opened top end on his and the shiny new FMF pipe my slightly battered DG pipe and surely harder worked engine wouldnt keep up but he couldnt break away from me at any noticable distance even though he has bigger tires. it seriously is a good 2 inches or more in size.

your dg pipe could be doubled walled,hence the bigger look. after spend $600.00 through the years buy from dg ,i found out they don't do much R&D on there products. should of spent my $'s else where.

In my mind, DG isn't as good as FMF, and FMF isn't that good compared to PT or LRD. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] Bill's is right up there with PT, except I've heard it makes more low-mid end, where the PT is for more top end.
