LT250R Frames

Guys,

Can anyone tell me if an 86 and 88 frame is the same? I found a month 86 frame I would like to pick up, but I want to make sure it will work first.

No, it's not. The front end is different and the front motor mounts are different.

I agree, they are two totally different beasts and wont work correctly without alot of headache imo.
