Default Neutral and Reverse Light

I own a Suzuki King Quad 300 and for some reason the neutral light and reverse light will not come on. If the neutral light does not come on i can not use electric start. I have checked the fuses and they are fine. What could be the problem??

Have you messed with the linkage on the reverse lever? Sounds like it to me. AlaskaBoy.

what year? I agree with alaskaboy, it could just be your linkage cable on your reverse lever, you should also check to see if its connected to the brakes!!! Good luck

SuzukiKingQuad300, I forgot to welcome you to the forum. So here it is "Welcome aboard".

I have noticed that there are not many King Quad guys on here, but the ones that are very helpful. I used to own a 95 but I was allowed to upgrade( the wife gave me the checkbook) so I jumped ship. AlaskaBoy.

Thanx for the advice. The four wheeler is a '99. A dealer thought it might be a little switch under neath the air box, But the thing is so hard to get off i have not checked yet.
