Does anyone have a rear brake rotor that is not warped that they would be willing to sell for cheap I have a 1992 LT250r Quadracer. Thanks for all your help.... I would also be interested in possibly purchasing some other parts... Thank you!!! -Nick

Your LT sounds like a similar set up to mine... I also have a 36mm PJ but i have the fatty pipe and silencer... what kind of jetting are you running.... I'm running an 80 pilot and a 230 main now cause she melted so many pistons with the 185 stock jet that came with the carb? I'm too scared to run her lean cause of her track record

I get a discount on All wiseco products (pistons, hot rods, cometic gaskets and some clutch parts and whatever else is in the catolog. if you needs something and wanna save a few bucks id be happy to help out a fellow Quadracer!!!
If say you want a couple of parts i can save you a couple of bucks on shipping too!

sweet.that jetting seems way rich unless they are not keihin jets.i have a 168 keihin main,60 pilot and DGJ needle on 3rd clip.runs fine.dosnt cut out anywhere.i also have a fatty pipe and powercore sliencer.its about due for a new pipe tho.its kinda old.it cost me $150 for a COMPLETE top end rebuild (bore, piston kit with top bering, and gaskets).i knoticed you said you fliped ur rims on ur page.dosnt ur valve stim hit the break rotor.i may sometime be intouch with you about the weisco deal, thats cool.

Ohio prices are pretty darn good. I think I could get the parts for around 100 bucks (including the shipping charges) that you mentioned but I don't know how much the boring would be. I never had to bore anything out I just hone it with my two hands and some good gritty sand paper. I def have a keihin carb... it came stock with the 80 pilot and a 185 main. I put the 230 in there to be sure it was extra rich and would not blow. Its the biggest jet you can buy from them.
FYI on anyone who wants to buy a blaster!!!
I flipped the rims on my 2000 blaster because 02 and older models have drum brakes. You don't need any brakes to stop a blaster though because they are the slowest sport quads you can get. Never buy a blaster.... Mine is all rebuilt and in mint condition. They are very small and unstable... even with the wide rear tires that sit and inch lower and the flipped front rims it is horrible. 6th gear on the blaster feels like 2nd on my quadracer. It has no pronounced powerband and revs more like a 4 stroke. their is not counterbalancer so if you hold it wide open it vibrates a lot. power always feels flat. the suspension is a nightmare.... you feel like you got hit by a garbage truck the next day after riding it. small roots and ruts can rip the bars out of your hands and into your ribs. the rear brakes last about 2 days on the mechanical disc models. Since the fronts are cable operated drums you can easily get them out of adjustment causing one wheel to lock up before the other under hard braking and since the back brakes don't work after 2 days you can go out of control and flip over. the frame is also as soft as butter and bends in the smallest collision (ask any kid on my to show you their frames). The bike has absolutely no ground clearence whatsoever..... even with the overinflated stock tires. you literally cringe everytime you see a root in the trails that is more than an inch of the ground. lol. Just had to get off my chest how much i hate the blaster now that i got my Quadracer
to be fare to the quad the only good points are its light and small and easy to whip around and wheelie and not to bad on the whoops do to the short wheel base. You have total control over the quad but it will tire you out if you ride hard.
