Default z250 help! go faster

I put the "Yoshi" slip-on on mine and it revved alot quicker. Bottom end came alive and if it's a decent slip-on you SHOULDN'T have to rejet. I'm runnin' a stock filter and stock jetting w/ the "Yoshi" and it's fine....no bogging....plug is just right....no backfire....good to go. If you go with a full pipe w/ header then you'll need to rejet..... Correct me if I'm wrong but when I was shopping for a slip-on, the guys at the counter said you shouldn't have to rejet unless you go with a full pipe...Or the slip-on isn't tuned EXACTLY for the bike. Thus that's why I decided to go w/ the Yoshi/Suzuki Product... Now you'll say well they were trying to get me to buy the higher priced yoshi but , I could've gotten any of the pipes available for the bike for the lowest cost pipe out there......Pays to have friends!

I don't think k&n makes an air filter for the z250 because I looked on there website and the only thing listed is an oil filter and I'm pretty sure it would be on there website. I could be wrong but you would think it was on there website.

I have a Twin Air filter for mine and it makes a little difference in the rev range it revs quicker and higher as far as horsepower goes I am not sure but all I know is that it runs fantastic...nuff said.
