I am not sure. I would go call your suzuki motorsports dealer and ask the mechanic there. They might because pulling it and kicking it are the same motion.

Well, if they do make it, yeah, it would deffinitly be worth it. My freind has a 3-wheeler and it has puul start and when it won't start, he said his skin on his hand is all torn up. A kick start is a heck lot of easier than pull.
About the eletric start, what parts are missing and i can help you, i used to have a 91 LT80 that was electric start, i had to peplace a couple parts.

YOU WOULD HAVE TO REPLACE THE ENG. BECAUSE THE KICK STARTER IS ON OPPOSITE SIDE OF MOTOR ON THE 230S AND I HAVE HAD TO USE THE PULL START 1 TIME ON MY 230E COLD AND IT FIRED RIGHT UP THE PAIN OF THE CONVERSION IS NOT WORTH IT

My bad, i didn't know that. But maybe there is a conversion that you can install? Because it is a whole lot easier to kick the hel out of your bike than to pull it!
