Does it say that on yours? I've read in various places on the net that it's 29, 30, 31, etc... but never so low as what it says right there on the title.
Oh well. Even though the number is low, it FEELS like more than that, so I suppose that's all that matters. I sure wish I could have overcome my dislike for the Vinson's liquid cooling, cleap looking plastic, and wacky shifter configuration. That extra HP sure sounds seductive.

Are you meaning certificate of origin from the manufacture or the title from Oregon?

 

C of O from Suzuki. That's what I'm calling the 'title'.

 

A certificate of origin and a title are different documents.

 

C of E operates as the 'title' if you don't register your ATV with the state.

 

That makes sence but the certificate of origin does not prove you as the owner so I would clip the receipt from the dealer with the certificate of origin.
