Default help with Z250 clutches/ transmittion

hey i had to rebleed my clutch, but when i was done, it was still a little loose (wrong term??). so everyonce in a while, i pumped it a little but this one time i think i over pumped it or something, and all the sudden, my quad is f'ed up. this is what happens: Picture on the blaster (or any other manual quad), u pull in the clutch, and you can shift and stuff and rev it up, and it dooesnt do anything cause the clutch is being held in. Its just like that on mine, except i took off the hydraulic clutch kit! idk what is goin on.
