I can't even find anybody that makes one except fst with the 581big bore kit, and i can't aford that.

 

the FST bb kit, is only 300 bucks, and makes it a 581 what more could you ask for, i am waiting till i have to re build my bike, no sence in tampering with a perfiect motor.

 

does anybody know about a big bore kit for a suzuki 230 or other good speed part

 

There arent a whole lot of "kits" for the 230.
All a kit is is the piston, gaskets, and such. You can have a machine shop bore the cylinder out and then install the piston.

 

We build a 258 and a 263cc big bore kit that comes with a sleeve,piston,pin,clips and head gasket. We also have cams, valve springs, clutch springs and port & flow work.

 

how much would a full FST 581 kit cost me, with new valve springs, lifters? i have the cam. i read somewhere i belive in dirtwheels it was like 300+ or -. what kind of HP numbers do you aquire on the dyno, compared to stock, also are you running the stock carb?
