My friend recently picked up a older suzuki lt 185, believe a 1990 model. He got it for $100. Heres the story, the guy had it rebuilt, let his little daughter drive it, and she wrecked it, and then it wouldnt start. So its been parked for a year. The carbs are going to have to be cleaned/rebuilt. It wont fire, the guy put a new coil on it, and still no firing. My buddy that bought it said something it having a safety level down by the foot pegs, maybe this is broke and stuff in engaged position. I know some basics about 4 wheelers, and would like to help him as much as i can. Its a two stroke, and i have worked on my blaster plenty to know some. The 4 wheeler is getting somewhat some compression so it doesnt seem to be the engine since it has been rebuilt. But no spark at all. Thanks for any help

 

i had a suzuki lt185 and they are not 2 strokes.they are 4 strokes.

 

yeah i will second that i have one right now and they are NOT 4 strokes
