Whats the biggest differences between the regular Z400 04 and the Limited Edition Z400?

The plastic, that's it.

The chain-adjustment and new muffler are on the regular ones as well. I was going to wait for a limited, but ended up buying a yellow one. It's hard to get a good deal on limited editions.

and the paint job, the frame and bumper and grab bar is black, and the shocks look really aweome

 

What changes were made to the muffler?

 

oh yeah on that muffler they put a reall really fast one on there. it gained 20 hp. lol im just kidding it is the same other then paint and plastic.

I don't know, the website says it's improved though.

My friend had a stock '03 for awhile and says my 04' definitely sounded better than his did.

 

yes the things that they changed are. 04 has a removable grab bar for those who cant wheelie, it has an improved chain adjustment that still sucks, and they improved the sound so people that think that they gain huge hp by pulling apart there muffler would stop since it makes no difference. So yes it as changed since 03 but not anything worth writing home about.
