z400 top speed with MODS

can u guys tell me how fast they go with mods from just a pipe and air filter to 2000$ put in to it

To give you a base line, my buddy with a stock kfx 400 used his gps and topped out at 69.4mph.

176.5mph
nah i duno so many different mods so much money duno.One of those mods would have to be gearing if ya looking for top speed.
