Default Dealer said to stay with dino oil...

I asked what brand they recommend for my Suzuki Eiger and the said to stay with dino 10w40 cause sythetics may cause a leak problem. Has anyone had a problem using synthetics in the Eiger or other Zukis?

I run amsoil in my 2002 zuki kingquad. I did have a leak on the botton of the cylinder jug at one time, but the mechanic at the deaker said it was from the factory not tightening it down right from the first place. Hasn't leaked sence. I would definitly run a synthetic oil after breakin. They work better, and if you run in winter the oil will stay more fluid like at cold temps- specially at start ups.
P.S.
If you have a wet clutch use oil for that.
