I have money down on the first one that hits town, consiquently, I'm curous as well. My dealer told me today that there is a dealer ride and introduction in Nevada in the middle of June. This is consistent with the info that I got earlier suggesting that the first containers of KQs are arriving in port in early June.

My understanding is that Suzuki will warehouse the units until each dealer can receive at least one all at about the same time. SO, after getting the containers through customs (1 to 4 weeks)... they will ship to the holding warehouses and then to the dealers. Net of all of this is that August is probably when we will be able to get our hands on this thing.

I wish it was sooner but I just don't think we are going to be able to count on anything before this August time frame.

Interesting, some ATV companies have factories in the states. I guess Suzuki isn't one of them. Honda does, not sure of the others.

Tough to say if they are making these in the states or not. Again, from what the dealer has pointed out.. they are being made off-shore.

At this point, I don't care where they make them.. .just get it done!

KazViking,
I saw you had two 400 Outlanders, well, Bombardier is bringing us in the fall the 750EFI V-Twin Outlander. If that may interest you? And Kawasaki, the Prairie 700 bigger brother the Brute 750 V-Twin with IRS. The Big Bore shoot-out will be very interesting in the fall!!!

LittleBoy:

I'm very interested in what Bombardier is doing.. it's just that up until your message, everyone is telling me that we will not see anything in the big bore Outlander out of Bombardier until next year. I know that they have a meeting coming up in May that should put more details to this, but what more can you tell me?

Even as recently as today, someone was commenting on-line that their dealer was telling them a 650 Outlander may be coming, but nothing on a 750EFI, which is why I am so focused right now on the King Quad 700EFI.

I have a good friend that's a dealer here in town that hasn't been too sure himself of what to really believe. A lot of rumors with very little to no real information.

Anything more that you can add to this would be appreciated,
KazViking

Say what? Kawasaki has a new big-bore IRS coming out? Where exactly did you hear this?
