Default 03 Z400 jetting question

Hello all...

Well i finally broke down and started modifing my Z400, Ive added a white brothers slip on exhaust, must say this alone added extra power by it self... also a K&N air filter kit,and removed the air filter lid, now my question is to all you pro`s who have spent countless hours jetting your carbs with the same modes ive made... what is the best setup as far as jet size needle settings ETC.... Im sitting at 500 feet elev.
Im open to any other mods you guys have too......
thanks charlie....

Congrats on your 1st post & welcome to the Forums

Not sure what you need to do for just a slipon.

I hav a Full Alba System.

I Run a 155 main Jet 25 pilot,

E-Clip @ the 3rd notch on the needle,

3 turns out on the Fuel Screw.

Hope this helps

I had the stock pipe and no air box lid. I ran a 150 mikuni mainjet, and it ran great.

Now I have a full CT pipe, 160 mikuni mainjet, stock needle, and pilot, no airbox lid and K&N. Runs great, I have tried a dynojet needle and larger/smaller mainjets, but it did not run as good.
