I have a 2002 TB and an 85 LT185 and my son just about keeps up with me on the Lt, the Lt is my favorite, it never let me down and is much better in deep snow.

 

MalHombre where did u get all your after market peices all i can find is a jetting kit and cobra exhaust

 

this is a easy one..you see powder coating the frame makes it so the wind will flow around it better,resulting in less wind drag making it feel like 10 more hp.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

2phast, i totally lucked out on the ext swingarm. guy on ebay had 2 brand new arms for sale and didn't have a clue what they fit so he was selling them cheap. i checked a couple dimensions and sure enough, a brand spankin' new swingarm for less than the price of a rebuilt. the rear shock is off a yamaha R1. not sure how it'll work. prolly too soft. had to mod the rear shock mount for that and lost the airbox in the process. swingarm plate, rear caliper arm, headlite mount are all custom.

 

Really depends if you like to shift or not. I rode a Quadsport when they first came out but my first quad ended up being a Trail Boss. I'm a life-long, diehard snowmobiler and I love the cvt. On my third Polaris 2-stroke auto and have loved them all. And I'm NOT a Polaris guy, typically.
