I took my Z250 out in the water yesterday, rock bottom creeks about 3 feet deep give or take a little. The Z250 did better than my grizzly in the water, we rode for about 1 hour up the stream, the grizzly would give me trouble the whole way. It doesnt miss a beat, even with the water a few inchs from the air box. I also like the design of the airbox because I took the seat off and everything was wet, but nothing got in the box. We had a really good time, my rear brake is sealed well too! We where riding with the grizzly, z250, a bear tracker, honda foreman 4x4, honda 300 4x4, and the 250 kept up where ever the other bikes went, Has anyone have any kind of problems with their Z in the water? I plan to take mine back next week.

 

dude i know the Z250 is AWESOME in the water. I haven't had any problems at all going through the river

Actually, I wasnt riding at a riding area....Just around on my buddies land.
