You must have an Ohio state registration sticker, plus a National Forest sticker to ride in the Wayne.
Call your local Bureau Of Motor Vehicles, and tell them that you would like to have your ATV inspected and titled for registration purposes. They will tell you where to take it for inspection. They will run the VIN numbers to see if it is stolen. If it isn't, they will issue you a title, and you can register it, and get your sticker. I think the whole process costs about $35.

In addition to your state registration sticker (which, apart from the inspection and titling process, will cost you $7 or $8 and is good for three years) you will need to purchase a Wayne National Forest permit. These are $25 and are good for only one year. It is issued to the person and not the bike, so if someone borrows your ride, they have to buy their own permit. In addition, a day permit is also available. I believe it costs $5 and is good for only one day.
If you've never ridden here before, the trails are well worth it. There's a mix of easy, medium and difficult trails available. In addition, there is usually plenty of mud, hills, rocks, roots, flat trails.....whatever you like to ride on/in.
