you should see if you can start better on your pred or zilly and then race with the worse one first and say something like my tire is going flat (only if you lose) let me get my (say faster one but dont tell him your faster on it) and then try again to beat him

 

My 'zilla is a bit from being stock, but if a yfz450 runs that good and my zilla can't pull ahead of him, I'll dance at the dude's wedding.

 

well i already drag raced it with the predator (he had the pea shooter out) and only beat me by a quad length or so. in top gear roll ons hed pull a little then stop and my front tires were at his back tires the whole time. i'll race the predator 1st and let u know how i do. i'll do it this weekend

 

i have a yfz 450 but i think the zilla has the race, for one its a 2 stroke so its more snappy and its a 500

 

I have a zilla an got beat by half a quad length buy a 450 [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] he did indeed hook up real well alot better than mine did. He jumped me from the hole an i could catch him till my later gears 4th he couldn't get no more ground on me but i couldn't pass him either.

pavemeant the lt500.... gravle the yfz the 4 strokes power just hooks up for a better holeshot

 

A stock YZF with a smaller rider only beat my modded LT250 by a quad length in dirt where he had the traction advantage so I doubt if any YFZ beats my similarly modded LT500 on pavement (I still wouldn’t dance at any wedding though). They might get me in the dirt but only due to my lack of traction. The key would probably be to gear the Zilla up real high. You could gear a mildly modded one to go 90mph without losing any low end acceleration because you would still have more power than you can use. Then he might win by the same few quad lengths in a short race but once he hit top end or likely before that you would blow by him.

WTF is the big deal? man ive never been on a site with such babies or with a kid with a zilla that gets beat by a STOCK raptor
