We where doing some really technichal riding, (rocks), and the rear tire on my 250 happened to come off the bead....I dont want to buy beadlocks, but how can I keep it from happening? I wasnt even running a really low air pressure, I guess it just got wedged into the rocks a certain way. We managed to get it back on with a rachet strap and small air-pump (thank god for my buddies honda foreman)
Just thought I would share and i am wondering if anyone has any type of tricks to keep the tire on the rim?

 

Buy 6 ply tires.

 

Put more air in your tires when your riding in knarly terrain.
