Unless he put somebody else's pictures in his profile, I have seen it. I said it was basically stock - as in big balloon tires, no nerfs, no pipe, etc. I said it needs TLC - as in a seat cover and the balloon tires are just about bald (like my front tires). It might run good and be alot of fun, but it ain't worth a grand.

Seems you had a change of heart since you posted this...

I know my wheeler isnt the best in the world, and isnt the most desirable in the world, but im sure that its worth 1000 dollars. You wouldnt believe in the money i've put into this thing. Why does a 4-wheeler need Nurfs, a huge pipe anyways? . You dont like the balloon tires ? . just deflate them a little and there ya go .. put em around 20 PSI instead of 30 . Woohoo . you got a nice wheeler then , right ?? . Probably not on your standards because you apparently are against anyone getting a four-stroke wheeler.

Easy Fellas! If you can get a thou for it, more power to you. Going by what they sell for on ebay and the cycle trader, it ain't worth that much. Don't take it personally, my quad probably isn't worth 2 grand by the same measure but I wouldn't sell it for twice that much. Just because you chose to spend alot of money on a quad that isn't worth alot of money (much like I have), doesn't mean somebody is going to reimburse you.

i think your thinking of the LT230s .. LT230 was the orange and black / yellow and blue color schemes. the LT250 was manufactured for two years ( 1989 with the LT230 engine and 1990 with a new LT250s engine ). also , the LT250 was only in a white and blue color scheme

Just to show I like you, if you ride around with 30 or even 20 psi in your tires, you're gonna flip and die! ATV tires are low pressure tires. 8 psi is alot, I run 5.

i would suggest turning your face and standing as far away as possible while inflating your tires to 30 psi lol

im with sam!!your bike is pretty near stock. you rebuilt the engine...its a 15 year old quad of course its been rebuilt. in order to sell it for 1 dime your gunna need some new tires, and a pipe. but if you cant afford to do that keep trying to sell it for 1 grand...but no one is going to trade you a running lt250r for it, sorry to burst your bubble...
