dont get a blaster unless u are a midget. get the lt250r any year before a blaster. check it out and make shure dont go above 1500.

I love my brothers bad a$$ lt250 so much my warrior is in the paper next week so I can buy me one or a quadzilla. blasters are cool until you learn to ride but a lightweight machine that will run with anything is a lt250 and that's what you want

 

I have an 86lt250r and
As far as reliablilty goes this thing will not die
Trust me i bought this thing as a beater bike and
we always ride it like we hate it, it has lasted though
4 yrs of abuse that would have destroyed any other quad.
I've never own the 87+newer lt250r but according to the spec sheet
They look like a better bike.

 

Don't waste your time with Kelly Blue book. Those prices are only relevent to dealers.
Offer $1500. It is way better thana Blaster, and with a few mods, you can have a really fast quad, that will easily hang with 400ex and Z400.

 

Not to mention its probally the best begginer race quad out there, its really simple to fix, and you will get good experience out of it!plus there super fast!
