need handlebars and front rack for vinson

need handlebars and front rack for vinson
Cartwheeled over the weekend.They are bent pretty bad. Any one know of a place I can get replacements without going through the dealer? Do they have to be made exclusivley for the vinson? Thanks in advance for any input.
