Im jetting min at the moment. Can anyone tell me what jets replace what although i have put the small jet in so far. The markings on the side of the small say 25 and on the large jet it says 170.

Please tell me if u know, where to fit the 170 jet???

If u wounder what im fitting to my bike, its a staright through full exhaust system and a Pro Flow air filter system. i was given the jets by the ATV World, and they have sold many of these set ups...

 

What do you mean you put the 25 main jet in, i dont think they even make one that small. ITs sounds like this is your first time touching the carb. Well the main jet is the jet almost right in the middle, when you take the float bowl off. I would be carefull if i was you!

 

Im fairly familiar with the carb, but when i orded the jts for the exhaust and filter, iwas given two juts, the small 25 jet fits inside the small alley tube, this fits ok, but the large jet is what i need the info about. it's a short and stuby brass jet that needs i thinka 6mm spanner to fit.
any help would be great...

 

The 25 is your pilot jet the 170 is your main. If your looking at the underside of your carb, it'll be surrounded by a brass shroud that is held in place by the main jet. Google search suzuki parts finder, if you don't have a manual, to get an illustrated parts breakdown.
