#$%@ swingarm pivot bolt on LT500

You're not really doing anything wrong. It's seized, no question. The swingarm bolts tend to seize on LTs because of the aluminum swingarm. Aluminum swingarm + steel swingarm bolt = seized bolt. Incompatible metals do not like each other. When I took apart my "new" 91 LT, I beat up the bolt pretty bad, got a new one for $40 at my dealer

Parting it out? Then it's easy..... slice that badboy with a sawzall.
Mine siezed to the swingarm bushing. After I cut it out, I tried beating it with a sledge till I was blue in the face and it still didn't seperate.
