DVX400 same as z400?

A friend recently bought an artic cat dvx400 and he tells me that its the exact same as the z400, the only difference is the plastic. well i was just going to ask on here to see if it was really true.

Yes, they are the same. Arctic Cat has had a long business relationship with Suzuki, so they are allowed to sell the Z as the DVX.

ya learn something everyday. i never knew that the dvx was the same as the z and kfs.

that would make the parts interchangebale right?

the headlight's also different. But the plastic feels like crap. idk it just feels really crappy when u feel it like it would crack easily
