How fast does a 1986 lt230E Quadrunner go and maybee how long it takes to get there

i dont know about the e model,but i got my 230s up to 50 the other day.its completly stock.hope this helps

 

my dads 230e 1990or91 is going close to 55 truck tested on the why to naples once your in 5th gear it take like 10 sec.

87230,i found a a fmf slip on on ebay.im winning right now but we shall see in about 5 hours.do you know if they have headers for the 230 also,and if they do,how much are they ?and how much more power do you think that pipe will give me ?

 

the only make i know for the 230 is dg and cobra and i have been looking for a while

 

ive been finding the same thing.but i dont even want to go near cobra so dg is my only option ? the fmf on ebay said it was for a lt230,but i didnt win it so it doesnt really matter. beleive it was a powercore if you want to check it out.

 

I can't get mine past 27mph in 5th. I can rev out more but gets no faster. Clutch too tight maybe? Reverse only works when the sprocket is in a certain position, possibly pointing to transmission issues. Was also told the rear sprocket has to do with how its geared but that makes no sense to me. Any input?
