Raced Yfz-450 WITH MY NOS
#32
FCR gives the most top end power...which I'd assume you'd want since you are on NOS.
How much power will you get?...- How good are you at jetting? You don't have enough motor mods really to see the full benefit of the carb, but go for it if you want.

yah thats pretty nutz.....frickin scrablers gotta fly!.......I remeber discussin that polaris 400 motor with u before, when i didnt know much about it! Gettin air in is a prob, but so is gettin it out, if you dont have a big bore.... Porting i know helps! you will literally about have to run and will benefit most from using NO AIRBOX! and just the huge ProFlow K&N!
I am curious about this also!....i will be running a UM Performance 400EX airbox....ProFlow Filter, and the 400ex Carb Boot....it all fits, and is much larger then the Z400's stock setup is! I have seen this done on several dynoed machines and it proves to be beneficial!

i talked to arlan lehman (very very knowledgable) of lrd quite a bit down at dunefest, he has been building intakes similar to what we made on our Z for his Z's and both 450's they flow better than any airbox.
