Hey I was changing the rear differential fluid on my eiger manual and when I was tightening the bolt back up I cracked it. Anyone do this too. What should I do:???? Thanks.....

 

The bolt or the housing ?

LOL!! That's exactly what I'd do!!

If it's the housing, get yourself some SealAll .. wonderful stuff.

 

I also cracked the housing on the filler hole at the top of the differential. I'm chasing Suzuki canada for a new case, for now I'm using Seal All and it works great. I wonder if there was some bad castings for the Diffs because I hardly torqued it and it cracked in 2 spots. I'll get back to this post if I get anywhere with Suzuki.
