People with big bore Z-400????????
I'm not sure about the core, but most of the big bore kits I have seen they generally recoat the cylinder. Suzuki calls their plating SCEM, but I'm sure it's just their term for it. The coating gives less friction, and in turn more HP so I'd assume you'd want it. It's also harder than a plain cylinder wall.

just find a kit and but it. If you want the best send it to a motor builder like yosh, or ct, or a good one is tc racing engines, or curtis sparks, or kenny ives racing. There are a ton of people to get a motor built for you. There are more like the ones you have put in the other 20 posts that you have talked about this issue. I think your best bet is to contact is tom carlson at tc racing and talk to him if your serious. you said you have spoken to a few other I think it was yosh. These two guys are the guys building the national motors for the pros so if your serious go to them and have them build the motor and you wont need anymore no2 or what you guys call nos lol. so call yoshi or tc they are the ones winning the pro classes.
