89 zilla Hard to kick start...

I had an '89 up until last year. When you kick start it, push past the compression stroke and kick the last couple of inches. Doing it this way will also eliminate the pre-ignition hit that can really hurt. Don't try to kick the whole stroke. This way is a lot less tiring also. Great machine, hope you like it.

yea, what i do, is turn on the gas and key and all that good stuff, pull out the kick, push it until it catches at the very top, and tryy to push through that till i get to where it catches about parralel with the ground, kick it, let up to same place, kcik again and VIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNGNGGG
