i am about to get a zilla it runs great but the only problem is its hard as heck to kick start. I weigh about 170lbs and If i jump up in the air a little and kick it it barely budges. Its belongs to my friend ad he's the only person i know of tha t ca kick it over. I was wondering if there is some thing that could be done to it that can help me kick it over. Is this a common thing with zillas?

 

Yup it is I'm 180lbs. and it took alittle getting used to kicking mine over at first,sound's like the motor has good compression.

im 130 and i can kick mine.....u just need to get the right touch for it.
get the piston TDC, so it will be on the downstroke when you kick it.....

 

What do you have to do to make sure it is on TDC?

 

push the kicker down till its hard to push, then push it down just so it moves, then frees up.

it will feel like that in to different places so u gotta play with it

 

yea, im 125 pounds and can kick the zilla over in 2 kicks everytime, just takes awhle to get used to it

 

Get somebody with a Banshee to pullstart you. You know the Shees will crank.
