Default drz400 head gasket

Is the drz400 head gasket better than the stock one. Does it just up the compression. Does this affect the piston to valve clearence.

DRZ-E gasket bumps compression up to 12.2:1...

It is said 2.5% gain per 1 point of compression, so you'd gain about that. Take what you're makin now and add 2.5% and you'll see what the gain might be.

Murdr I'm not sure if you want to bump up your compression when on NOS, it might be hard on your motor. Just saying because I helped install a NOS system on my buddies Rap, ran great, he installed a pretty high comp piston and a dune trip later blew his motor. But if you've got your heart set on one go for it, just be careful.
