Default LT250R Owners Post Here PLZ~

Hey all im just wondering what mods everybody has to there LT250R and year and all that and how they like it, and if they have mods and would of wished they could of gotten other mods that would be cool to post all expereinces also [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

Why couldnt I have stubled on a TRX250R also for 400$ id buy them both lol.

Here's mine. 92. All cosmetic mods so far, besides the a-arms. Waiting for the original motor to wear out before I crack her open.

Default LT250R Owners Post Here PLZ~

I bought my old clunker 91 for $300. I have a total of about $1200 in it with a new top end, rod kit, bumper, skid plate, tires, and some other small goodies. I absolutely love the bikes. I ported the cylinder, shaved the head, and added a lectron 36mm carb. It runs strong but can be driven around nice and easy.

I have a 87 LT250 it has lonstar airms and works shocks and it is bored 80 over. I raced it for a year then I parked it. Because it broke to many parts off.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]

91 LT, Maier plastics, chromed/polished goodies, just ordered full FMF exhaust. Havent even ridden it yet cuz Im not done restoring it. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]

1986 lt250r...fmf fatty and powercore "polished" tdr carbon fiber reeds,400ex race plastic with nacs grafics and seat cover...complete 250r front end long travel...and a 250r rear shock...60 over wiseco...trinity kandn filter kit "eliminates air box" ac bumper,msr levers,tiwst throttle...ricky stator staor, roost boost,porter polished cylinder,265cc...itp rims and grooved turftamers.much more i forget alot of them tho...

88 lt 250r totally redone 1 1/2 ago done some long hard riding this summer I thing I'll redo the frame this winter and a new top end she stills run strong though.

FMF Gold series pipe, powercore silencer, supposedly bored over, not sure though, just painted my plastics dark orange pearl. will post pics, looks hot!!

Default LT250R Owners Post Here PLZ~

I've got a '90 that I'm currently going through to get it at 100%. After I determine that it is going to last I will probably do a complete restoration so it will be the brand new Quadracer that I never had money to buy back when they were being produced.

I've got a picture of it on my pic page but the mods still haven't approved it yet. How long does that usually take?
