Man why are all of you guys dissing the 250's? That aint even right. I mean no freaking wonder majority of us little Z riders are always on the defensive, it's because people with bigger and "badder" quads are always ridiculing them. I mean come on lets be a little more mature than that...

No. Little 250 (4stroke) quads are made for little 10yr old begginers. Not made to be "hoped up" and made racey.

Hes not trying to make it a race quad so back off. All hes trying to do is give it a little more snap.

hey im an AMA sponsored motocross rider, that races a modded cr250 and i still have fun on my fiances z250, its a peppy little quad and could be made fast just like any other quad through modifications.

just becaue you have a fast[er] quad doesnt mean your better than someone else

I have a TRX250R. You know how many times its been ridin in the last year? Twice, yes thats right, 2 f'ing times. I love the lil Z. Its fun as hell. I get tired of fixing crap every time I ride (250R). The Z, no problems. Keep gas in her and change the oil, and thats it. Get on and ride, no problems. Of course, I mostly ride woods and trails. I'm sure if I rode more wide open stuff or track, the 250R would get ridin much more. No need to bust someones ***** for the type of quad they have. We're supposed to be like a family here and help each other out. Its a$$holes like these that ruin it for everyone. Sounds like a personal problem to me.

I am not sure but I took it that chewbaccas comments were being attacked as he is usally talking out his tail pipe. I use to ride a lt160 before and it could go more places than most would even imagine. Besides it wasn't that long ago that a 250 was the big quad.

theres something fun about a 250 that you dont get with all the other big bores, every time i go upstate i have a choice of yam big bear, grizz, lt 230, scrammy or recon to ride, i have the most fun on the recon.
