Default Yoshimura exhaust

HI...i bought my '03 z400 used and when i bought it, it had a team suzuki full yosh pipe on it. I was wondering if the team suzuki series had a quiet core or something in it, because i heard the same pipe, but not team suzuki on a z400, and it was a lot louder. I was wondering if it was possible to take the quiet core out of my pipe to make it louder. Is it a big ordeal to do this, if it is even possible and will it cause any other problems.

Thanks,
Tony

Pulling the spark arestor will give about 1 more HP near red line(If jetted properly, and no air box lid. ) It can also get you kick out of a state/fedral forest area and even some MX tracks. If you remove it, don't toss it out.
