CT pipes sound horrible. The pipe shoot out's are not just rated on performance but how quite they are so Ct is one of the pipes i would not get. Just get the hmf they put out a lot of power.

 

My brother has a CT on his Raptor it sounds great. I don't know how it sounds on a z but the HMF looks, sounds and performs great.

 

Wow, Im really surprise nobody has mentioned Curtis Sparks [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] We race at or local track ( drag race ) and the dominant pipe there is Curtis Sparks. This pipe is on every yfz 450, 450r, and raptors there so that has to tell you something. My friend who happens to have a z400 has a yoshi full exhaust system on his bike with quiet core removed, stock air filter and lid still on has only and i mean only slightly better top end. Im pretty sure if he removes the lid and rejet he could beat me pretty bad but I can do the same thing and my bike is factory stock. So go with Curtis Sparks if you have the slightest thought of racing or racing a friend, any thing else get the HMF Bill Ballance edition.

 

I looked for several weeks until I ran across a helluva deal on a Full-Yoshi. $320 shipped. I like the fact that it didn't require a re-jet. It's loud and you can definitely feel the difference. I can't imagine wanting anything louder on it. My neighbors are gonna end up putting a bounty on my head sooner or later. Now, I gotta figure out what I wanna do next. Got my knee scoped a month ago and the sore knee doesn't appreciate much jumping yet.......Bummers
