hey, im sure you all have noticed my other posts about the z and im just trying to be a good smart buyer by learning as muhc about the quad before i get one.

well have any of you or do any of you ride with 500 or 400 scrammys and have you raced them? i ride with one 500 scramy and i was curious how the power of the Z would feel compared to my 400 sport

 

my cousin has a 500 scrambler. They are a little quicker in the top end, but thats nothing a slip on or full pipe set can't fix. A stock Z and a Stock 500 are pretty close, except as i said the top end. a Z can keep up with a scrammbler pretty well and a pipe and jetting will make it even closer

 

my z has a few goodies on it (a little more than what my sig says) [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]...and a 400 scram aint no thing and a 500 aint much more to worry about really..stock for stock the 500 would take a z but after some goodies thrown at it...z all the way...but then again if you mod the scrammy....oh who cares buy a z...its fast enough...you will be happy

bigsix your Z must have something wrong with it if you got beat by a scrambler500 stock and stock.
