I have a 03 kfx a friend just got a brandnew 05 he has rode mine and i have his, there a bit better but not worth spending what u are going to have to. i would value them at $200 better than mine, save your cash and buy after market shocks

 

ive heard rumors that shocks off of a 450r and 400ex will fit a z.... if so my friends got a lighty used set of custom axis shocks for the front that he said hed sell me really cheap... anyone know?

 

A lot of people are using the 450R shocks and say they are an improvement, that is what I am going to do. I know the stock 400ex shocks fit so the axis should fit if they are designed for stock a arms and the reservoir is not obstructed (if it is a piggyback).
