Z400 gearing

Im running a 14/39 with 20" rear tires
im getting 21" gecko paddles
does anybody know if my gearing will be to tall for these tires
and what gearing do I use to keep the same power
any info is gladly accecpted

Well stock is 14/40 I believe. If you're going out to the dunes, I'd recommend gearing down one tooth in the front to a 13. I'm heading back to silver lake for the second time this year on my Z. It was awesome, but the bike didn't have the power to get into fifth gear really. Gearing down should help me out a little bit there and all around. I'll probably put it back to a 14 once I get back and do woods/trail riding again.
You'll lose some top end, but chances are with 14/39 you wouldn't even get to that high of a speed anyways.

Thats what i use they were rated very very well in the dirt wheels mag. Never have used ne other sand paddle so i cant really say if there are better out there.
