Was it Laeger? I've done a number of Google searches and couldn't find anything. HSD has a front end kit that changes the geometry and increases the travel to 11". They also have a rear suspension kit that gives 11". I'm just curoius what the frames cost, what they looked like.

There is one link, I'm not sure why I can't find the front end 11" travel link. Came up last night. It was a clip on front end like you described.
