z400 gearing

Default z400 gearing

hey i wanna change the gearing on my z400 to make it go a little faster, any suggestions?

and can i use a 2003 sprocket on my 2004?

yes you can use 03 gears
stock is 14/40
you can go 15/40 it will give more top end but you lose a little on the bottom end
the smaller the front the more torque you have out of the hole and less top speed
the smaller the rear more high end speed but little torque. try this it might help gear calculator
