Just a little FYI for you. A dealer does not have to do any work they don't want to do. Most will do the work for you because they will be paid by the maufacture, but they don't have to do it when you want. They may just schedule you in after the customers that bought machines from them have been taken care of. There isn't anything in a dealers agreement with the manufacture saying they have to do the work.

I agree, there are some dealers that have the additude, "if you didn't buy it from me then...". It just makes bad business sense. Good dealers will jump through hoops to get and keep your business. Think about it, if you purchased a quad and took to a dealer that treated you like crap, would you buy anything from them??? I hope not.

As I said above, the dealer has to keep good records and documentation. They also need to have a good relationship with the factory. I am sure that those business's went out belly up for more than just that.

its not only that...its building a relationship with a dealer..sometime you have a problem with a quad or bike thats really shouldnt be covered and the dealer pushes to get it fixed no cost to you..no do you really think that a dealer would do that for you if you didnt get the quad or bike from them..yea rite..
