Default PRM 6 pack rack

my PRM 6 pack rack is out of commission....it snapped in half today on the trail and i couldn't find it after it broke off.

my question is do u thik they will warranty it....its only about 2 months old

are they really that weak or did i get a defective one? the impact wasn't that harsh...atleast imo to snap it right off

i was climbing a pretty narly hill when i went back....it stopped the 4 wheeler from tipping over and the 4 wheeler actually fell back forward....so i didn't notice it snapped off til later and when i went back to find it it was gone

I'd push the company for a new one.It shouldn't break off that easily.

Send them an email with a picture of the broken rack and explained what happened. Ask if they have a warranty for it (if you have a receipt, even better) and if they would be able to replace it. Be nice about it, and chances are they will help you out.
