Look at my mods. Do you think getting one of these would be good for my motor? I want screeming RPM on Top and Mid but will i lose alot of low end? Any help is great. thanks.

 

nice bike!...... that carb will definentely bring out the power in it.......i'd suggest a 41mm, but i dont know if they make 'em for yur quad

 

uhh...i have never heard of a 41 for a 250...alotta people go 38 for best top-end power, yet a small amount of loss in bottom end...for bottom end they go with 36's...39 would probably be more top-end just more bottom end loss.

 

39mm would work fine not much loss. I have 39mm alot of same mods as you. works great but I use clamp on airfilter K&N etc.

get a smaller diameter rear tire bro. those are to big! and you want more bottom end run reed spacer or change front sprocket 1 tooth less.

 

Thanks, i found a kehighn(sp) 38mm Air Stryker. I have 13/42 gearing and i like it, plus im getting 20X11 holeshots, the tires on are 22X12.5 because i run those in snow. Thanks for imput.

 

there is a 39mm keihin 39mm pwk on ebay right now for a prettu good price, even comes with a suzuki throttle cable, check it out
