it is hardful to spin a bigger piston than 86mm at 7500 rpm,,,
as the cc increase the load of heat on a single is duplicated,,,
but,hey they do have 685cc maico dirtbike out there...

Nope, it needs to be virgin, or very minimal porting (Say trinity stage IV) Ha!
The idea is the new radical port design will be significantly different than what you already have. A cylinder that's already hogged out has a great deal of material removed that needs to be there...

I might have another cylinder laying around... I'll have to check when I get everything unpacked from the move.

My engine builder told me 110 rear hp.on gas and no NOS,he told me they rev.at 6800r's stock.If your Zilla is all stock your looking at maybe 55hp.
