the 250s is a lot uglyer than the 230 and it has that hammerhead seat that is ugly as he!!.
the two motors are almost identical. are the heads interchangeable if so that would be a good bore over for the 230

so that means instead of worrying how far u can go it the 230 head u can slap on the 250s head and get a bigger bore right? or is the piston size gonna be a problem. does both motors fit in either bodies? is the swingarm the same?

the 85-86 swingarm is different than the later yrs from 87 on. dunno if there's a diff between the 230 and 250.

The head never really gets bigger, the cylinder does [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] Last I knew LA sleeve made a larger bore press in sleeve. I wonder if the headpipe is different. I don't think they list a 230 pipe as fitting the 250. Veserah sells fibers for the 230. You may be able to get slightly stiffer springs.

so to recap i take my bottom end of the 230 and buy a 250 cylinder and head and piston slap it together and im good? including the 250 cam and timing chain? can the 230 carb handle the 250?
